Payment & Refund Policy

This policy explains how online purchases from RankFlow SEO work: how you pay, how we deliver, and when we refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Online purchases are sold by V-technology LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

You pay the full price at checkout, in the currency shown (for example, euros or US dollars). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Charges appear on your card or bank statement as RANKFLOW SEO. You receive an invoice and a payment receipt by email. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

Every online purchase is a one-time payment. It never renews and you will not be charged again for it. Ongoing retainers are quoted separately and governed by the proposal or Statement of Work you sign with us.

After your payment is confirmed, we contact you within one business day to schedule the kickoff and request the access we need. Timelines are shown on the product description or agreed with you in writing.

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before work starts — that is, before your kickoff call or the delivery of a first deliverable, whichever comes first. Just email us at hello@rankflowseo.online.

Once work has started, payments are not refundable, except for billing errors (for example, a duplicate charge) or where required by law. If we are unable to deliver what you purchased, we refund the part that was not delivered.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Some payment methods, such as bank transfers, can take a few days to confirm. We start working once your payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, your order is cancelled and nothing is charged.

If a charge looks wrong, please email us at hello@rankflowseo.online with the date and amount of the charge before contacting your bank. We reply within two business days and, if we made a billing error, refund it as described above.

Enterprise programs and ongoing retainers are not sold through online checkout. They are governed by the proposal or Statement of Work you sign with us, which sets out its own billing, notice, and termination terms.
