Cookie Notice

Last updated:

This Cookie Notice explains how RankFlow SEO uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what choices you have, and how to change them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owners. We also use similar technologies such as browser localStorage. In this notice we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".

Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary. These are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include: a localStorage entry that remembers your light or dark display preference; a session cookie that keeps our own administrators signed in to the Site's back office (it is only set for administrators who log in); and security or routing cookies that our hosting provider, Vercel, may set to protect and deliver the Site. None of them track you across other websites.

Analytics. We do not use analytics cookies or analytics tools on the Site.

Marketing. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies on the Site. If we begin to do so, we will update this notice and, where required by law, request your consent before activating them.

Payments. When you subscribe, you complete payment on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on its pages — for example, to prevent fraud — under Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies (stripe.com/privacy).

Your choices

Because the Site only uses strictly necessary cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. If we add cookies that require consent under the law of your region (EU/UK/EEA or certain US states), we will display a banner that allows you to accept or reject each non-essential category, and will only activate those cookies after your choice.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the Site would not function without them. You can still clear them through your browser settings; doing so will reset your preferences.

Browser and platform controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings menu (look for "Privacy" or "Cookies"). The following pages explain how: Chrome (support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647), Firefox (support.mozilla.org/kb/cookies-information-websites-store-on-your-computer), Safari (support.apple.com/guide/safari/manage-cookies-and-website-data-sfri11471), and Edge (support.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge).

You can also use browser-level privacy controls (Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track) to signal your preferences. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; we do not engage in such practices.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice whenever we add or remove cookies, or change how we use them. The last-updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we add cookies that require consent, we will obtain that consent through a banner before the cookies are activated.
